The American Spectator : The Obama Downgrade: "Standard & Poor's fired a red flare into the Friday night sky, downgrading America's credit rating for the first time in history. On Saturday, senior S&P executives warned that a second downgrade could happen if the spending cuts promised by the debt ceiling deal didn't occur."
