Trees Cut Down to Make Room for Wind Farms: "Millions of trees have been cut down in order to build wind turbines to help Scotland meets its energy goals, says the Daily Caller.
Scotland seeks to get 100 percent of its power from renewable energy.
Since 2007, the country has seen more than 5 million trees (6,200 acres) cut down in order to make room for wind farms in order to achieve that goal and fight global warming."
